What players are saying:

  • Prekesh Chavda I made this today, another one for the set. Feedback is appreciated :) I want to improve on this. Thanks guys and girls! (Tell me if the edges are jagged, I seriously can't see them on my iMac's display :/) (This replaces that old god awful one I made. WTF was I thinking?)
  • Hamish Macpherson Looks nice Prekesh! But yeah, the top edge is somewhat jagged.
  • Simon Gustavsson Haha lovely and cartoony! The blue seems a bit too blue imo, but overall very slickety-slick.
  • Robbie Pearce LOVELY LIKE YOU That chat bubble is so cute, and it's a great shape :) The edges are pretty jaggy on the chat window though :c
  • Prekesh Chavda Yeah I'm trying to fix the edges on it. It's fucking stupid lol. I can either make it blurry with a shadow or ultra sharp. I might just make it vertical and be done with it
  • Paul Ungureanu Think that if you tone down the edge color you should get rid of the jaggies...
  • Markus Vad Flaaten Very slick style. Nearly foolproof :)
  • David McLeod You ripped off the HipChat logo!! *troll face* I think the chat 'card' behind could be polished a tiny bit more (bubbles seem a touch flat) but, thats just my OCD. Good stuff.
  • Prekesh Chavda LOL
  • Deep Shah Looking good! Two things: 1) the window behind it could benefit from nudging it to the right several pixels. I didn't get that it was a chat window since the top-right chat bubble is getting cut off. Alternatively, you could shorten the width of the top-right chat bubble. 2) the "···" makes me think someone is typing (unless that's what you're going for). Other than that, it's awesome!
  • Prekesh Chavda Yes, thank you @Deep Shah
  • Bobby Giangeruso Amazing job, love it :)
  • Guillaume Gaubert Nice! Great combination of these two elements. Maybe adding a bit more contrast to the back window which appears to fade away a little behind the bubble.
  • Prekesh Chavda @Guillaume Gaubert that was sort of the idea. I want the bubble to stand out more since that's the easier metaphor
  • Christopher Downer I'd tilt the paper to the left. Like the recording icon. Will make it fit in as a set even better imo :) I'm really liking the colours you use.
